We work as a team to come up with seamless solutions to our clients’ data processing needs. Our Process
The development process involves traditional data gathering with the application of the agile development approach and methodology. We treat each data, processes, and and desired outputs of the system in detail as bases for our computational, user interface, data storage and retrieval design without compromising aesthetics and user-experience.
Information/Requirements Gathering
Every good system is one that is suited to meet customer needs and one that promote superb user experience. That’s why, we sit down and listen carefully and directly to the client to discuss and understand the project requirements.
We will conduct a series of interviews initially to gather as much data that are relevant to the system. We will analyze the data and refine the system design. We present the proposed wireframe and adopt changes if necessary to come with agreeable concessions by both parties with affixation of Statement of Work (SOW). Finality of the said SOW will signal project kick-off.
Project Kick-Off
After the proposed design and SOW are approved by the client, the proper kick-off meeting takes place immediately. This meeting is one of the most important meetings for a project. Part of this meeting is to introduce to the client the team members who will take part in project development. For bigger projects by companies, this meeting can include high-level stakeholders, such as the project sponsor, management, the project manager, and team members.
Kick-off Meeting ensures that clients are on the same page and have a common understanding of the project objectives and how it will proceed. This will help build a strong relationship with the clients.
Agile Software Development
We apply the Agile development approach when the development of the project begins. The project will be broken down into its smallest testable features and apply the traditional software development phases like analyzing the feature requirements, design, building, testing, and finally, delivery.
The goal of the Agile development approach is to provide and deliver solutions to clients in a faster, incremental way wherein finished functional features are made available for user-testing or actual usage while other features are ongoing development. This ensures functional availability in a shorter time, early detection and correction of bugs and safeguarding integrity and continuity of data processing.

Our Story
ACWare IT Solutions was started in March 2021 by three former work mates in Information Technology who parted ways to work in other companies of the same industry. Years after gaining solid experience, knowledge and skills in applications development, software engineering and web designing they have banded together to venture into their valuable know-hows. They have each worked on projects for both local and offshore clients applying their expertise in using various technology stacks. During the peak of pandemic, they observed an increased demand for software development services, and the big gap in technology implementation to SME’s in the Philippines as compared to other countries. Thus, their decent intention of filling the void through the essential creation of the business venture to provide friendly IT solutions to start-ups and SME’s.
